Scouring thrift stores, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, eBay, antique malls, and the streets on garbage day, the artists in Finders Keepers grant these relics new life in their work, transforming common treasures into new cultural artifacts of our time together on this planet. They see beauty, humor, failure, joy, and disgust in the objects and tools we purchase to improve our lives and beautify our homes, the detritus of the resources we consume, and the heirlooms we hope to pass down to the next generation.
