Italiano (Italian)

The Fondazione Tassara manages a collection of 1325 masterpieces from three continents, dating from the 15th to the 19th century. The collection of antique carpets, built up over more than 50 years of passionate activity by Romain Zaleski, consists of 1325 carpets dating from the late 15th century to the early 20th century. Today it is probably the most comprehensive private collection in the world.

From April 1 to November 5 2023, part of this collection will be on display at Brescia Castle. The exhibition is curated by Letizia Cariello and Giovanni Valagussa.
